1.   Placing an order

Simply add the products to your shopping basket and go through the checkout process. Leave the rest to us.
If you do not wish to order online please email us and we will get right back to you.
Send your order to enquiries@nativasuperfruits.com and we will send you the invoice.
We accept major credit/debit cards,
1.1     Information we require from you
1.1.1  We will need your full name or company details, address and postcode and a contact telephone number on which we can reach you on the due delivery day. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for incomplete or incorrect address that has been given.
1.1.2  Your debit or credit card details. We do not hold any card information on our server. PayZone processes your card detail.
1.1.3  Special instruction (if any) for signing and checking the deliveries on checkout process.

2       Signing and checking for deliveries

2.1     Your order must be checked and signed on receipt. If you can’t sign for it, please make sure there is someone available to do so on your behalf. You may need a neighbor to sign for your delivery. You must include this information in special instruction field in checkout page. Please make sure they can check the goods and are aware they are perishable.
2.2     Please note we can’t accept responsibility for loss or damaged goods if the goods are left at premises without being signed for.
2.3     We offer flexible shipping time and method to minimize the risk of undelivered goods. Please check the dispatch and delivery section.
2.4     You may require the delivery to be left without being checked or signed for, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for claims of loss or damage on perishable items. During the summer months, the contents will most likely melt. The time can vary during the colder months.

3       Delivery time and method

3.1     Orders will be dispatched on Monday to Thursday in the week and will be delivered via Next Day courier service before 12PM next day unless agreed otherwise. Early morning Next Day service (before 10:30 AM) is also available as well as Saturday delivery which will incur additional charge.
3.2     We only ship to UK. Some postcodes incur additional charge.
3.3     We cannot offer Sunday delivery.
3.4     For international orders please call us on +44 1727 530223,  or whatsapp +55 73 99810 0332. Please note that, there is a MOQ for international orders.
4       Prices
4.1     We update our prices on regular basis. The price shown on the website at the time of the order is the actual price of goods.
4.2     We accept only British Sterling.

5         Damaged / missing goods

5.1     In rare cases, you may receive goods that have been damaged during transit. If the damage is substantial to the outer packaging, please reject the damaged box and return it to the driver.
5.2     Should you find any damaged packs or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must e-mail to us on the same day of delivery to enquiries@nativasuperfruits.com about the damaged/missing items including the email address and name you used at the time of the order with some photos showing the damaged packs. We will then contact you shortly afterwards to resolve the issue.
5.3     If you do not receive the goods after 3 working days, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of the order.

6       Cancelation rights

6.1     We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, price of the goods you ordered was incorrect due to typological mistake or we are unable to deliver to the postcode you have provided.
6.2      Should we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount that was credited to us as the result of sale. No further compensation can be provided.
6.3     You may cancel your order by sending cancelation notice to enquiries@nativasuperfruits.com
6.4      We will not accept cancelation once the goods have been dispatched.

7       Returns

7.1     We do not accept return of perishable goods.

8       Complaints

8.1     Nativa Super Fruits Ltd aims for full customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, or any part of our service, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at enquiries@nativasuperfurits.com , or write to us at Nativa Super Fruits Ltd, Arquen House, Spicer St, St Albans, AL3 4PQ. It will be dealt with within 7 working days.

9       Governing Law and Jurisdictions

9.1     This Agreement shall be governed by and formed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby agree to have any dispute resolved by jurisdiction of the English courts.

10      Circumstances Beyond Our Control

10.1   We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
